Porter, TX – A 59-year-old Deann Stephenson was attacked by a pack of dogs while walking down her street in Porter, TX.
The attack occurred in the 24800 block of Cunningham in Porter, TX.
The Montgomery County Police Reporter reported Stephenson was taken to the emergency room for treatment but later succumbed to injuries.
Montgomery County Animal Control took custody of the dogs and issued the owner of the dogs citations. The Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office is investigating the incident to determine if additional charges against the owner of the dogs is warranted.
